How to Calculate the Cost of Your Order?

Dear CustomizingBox Users,

Good news! We've just launched a new feature in our App — Calculate Cost.

When you want to sell multiple Customizingbox products as a set, you can use this feature to retrieve the combined cost and total shipping fee for the bundled items.

With this feature, you can easily estimate the total cost of combined orders for different SKUs.

Simply choose your destination and preferred shipping method to view the estimated cost. Let's walk you through the process step by step.

Step 1. Go to [Bundle Products] → Click [Calculate Cost]

After logging into your CustomizingBox account, go to the [Dashboard].

On the left sidebar, click [Bundle Products], then select [Calculate Cost].

Step 2. Add the Product SKU You Want to Check

How do you add the Product SKU that you wanted when using [Calculate Cost]?

Enter the Product ID in the search box and then choose the corresponding product SKU.

Copy the Listing ID

Where can you copy the Listing ID?

Go to the [Product Detail] page, copy the Listing ID.

Enter the Listing ID

Paste the copied Listing ID into the search box on the [Calculate Cost] page.

Then, click the Search button.

Select the SKU

Choose your product SKU after clicking the Search button.

Then, the product will appear in the calculator. Additionally, you can adjust the quantity of the product according to your specific needs.

Note: Just repeat the above steps to add product SKUs, and you can put different product SKUs into the calculator.

Step 3. Select a Shipping Method

After adding the product SKUs you want to check, select the destination for the combined orders and choose a shipping method based on your needs.

Please Attention! The shipping cost will only appear in the estimated Total cost after you have selected a shipping method.

Step 4. Check the Estimated Total Cost

Finally, on the right sidebar, view the Estimated Total Cost of your combined orders.

Note: The estimated total cost shown here is a real-time estimate. The final price is subject to the amount displayed on the checkout page.
