A verification code is mandatory for signing up. You will receive a verification code in your registered email address.

Step 2: Login CustomizingBox APP

Please login with the email address, not the username.

You can login our app in the upper right corner of customizingbox website or app link directly.

After sign up and login, you can see the product price on the website.

Step 3: Connect Your Store To the APP

After you connect your store to our app, the order didin't fulfilled will sync to the app Order- In Quotation page. The order had been fulfilled will not sync to our app.

Connect To Your Store

You can cancel the order which you don't want to order from us on Order- In quotation page. The order will move the Order- Cancelled page.

And other orders you want to order from us, you can wait for our quotation.

When you get an order，order and customized information will automatically imported into Ord

Choose the product you like and click order sample buttom.

Click Order Sample Buttom . You can upload custom information by select custom text or custom picture, and you can add several custom information by clicking add more buttom. In Custom Text Notes, you can tell us the order of the customized information, such as which customized information is on the front and which customized information is on the reverse.

Click check out buttom next, if you want another sample, click add your cart and go to order another sample.

Add Shipping Address and save.

How to Do Brand Packaging with CustomizingBox

Please let us know the product to be branded and how you'd like to do the branding, like packaging, inserts, a sticker or label on the product/ packaging, print on the product/ packaging, etc.
Send us the logo as an ai or psd document.
Let us know the size and what materials you want to use to make inserts/ stick/ label/ packaging etc.
We'll check with manufacturers to find out the price, MOQ, lead time, etc.

Notes:

How long do you need to process my orders?

we will send out the products from our warehouse to your customers within an average of 72 hours.

Will you put any invoices/receipts/marketing materials in the package?

No, we won't. Please don't worry about this. We will only put your brand custom labels, custom pack-ins, and promo materials if you need.

What is your delivery time?

Normally, the delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination country. For example, if it's YUN Express delivering parcels to the USA, it takes 7 - 14 days.

Which shipping option/ method is the best?

There isn’t a best shipping method but there is a most suitable shipping method according to your preference between shipping time and cost.

Which country do you ship to?

We can ship to most countries, including all the European and American countries, some Middle Eastern countries and African countries, and most Asian countries.

What if packages damaged or lost during the shipment or delivery?

If it is our responsibility, we will resend the product free of charge or refund as per your request. But we don't resend or refund when the parcel is not delivered or lost due to the wrong address or phone number given in the orders or the fact that local post office fails to contact the recipient.

Yes, Pls sign up with Customizingbox first and connect with your store, then create a draft order, add the product into the order, fill your own address and mark it as paid manually on your Shopify store,we will ship it out by your order address when order information automatically imported into our system.

Can I change shipping address?

Before order is shipped out, you are allowed to change shipping address any time, please contact customer service to deal with it. As long as shipping address changes, Tracking Number changes too. Remember to updated new tracking numbers to your customers.

If I dropship on Amazon/ eBay, can your company fulfill it?

Yes. You can manually place orders with datasheets, such as CSV or Excel, from other platforms.

What's the MOQ (minimum order quantity) you require?

It depends on the products. Many products don't have any MOQ limit, and some may require a certain MOQ.
