How to recharge your CustomizingBox balance?

You can use PayPal for instant payment on CustomizingBox. To make it more efficient and cost-effective for you to pay for your orders, it is recommended to recharge on CustomizingBox and use your CustomizingBox balance to pay for your order, which will also help save you transaction fees on each payment.

Please also note that when you have transferred money to us with one of the following options, you'll have to submit a recharge application. We will review your application within a few hours.

WeChat Pay

All our receiving accounts are corporate business accounts.
When you have successfully transferred the money to our account, please upload the transfer voucher including the payer's information in PNG or JPG images.

Regarding the time it takes for us to receive transfers:

Wire Transfer typically takes 2–3 business days.
Airwallex transfers are usually completed within 1 business day.
Payoneer transfers are typically received within 1–3 hours.
PingPong processing times vary, as we are required to submit contracts, account details, and other supporting documents to the bank for review before the transfer can be completed.
PayPal transfers are credited instantly. Once the transfer is successful, the amount will be automatically added to your Customizingbox balance.

For some payment methods, the transaction fee may be deducted from your recharge amount, so your final balance amount is based on the actual transfer amount we receive.

Therefore, we recommend using PayPal, Airwallex, or Payoneer for your transfers, as they offer fast processing times and relatively low fees. If you are unable to use any of the above methods, please contact your account manager, and we will assist you in finding a solution.

Key Points to Note About Different Transfer Methods

1.If your Payoneer transfer fails, please do not attempt to make consecutive transfers. First, please check your Payoneer account to see if there is a prompt requesting you to verify your bank card information. Transfer failures are generally caused by an abnormal authorization status between your bank card and Payoneer.

2.If you prefer to pay via credit card, please contact our account manager first. We will send you a payment request. Once you receive the email, simply click the link to complete the payment. Please note that we recommend a minimum credit card payment of $50. Amounts below this threshold are highly likely to trigger a bank security review, which will require you to submit verification documents and may take 3-5 business days.

3.Currently, our Payoneer account supports USD, GBP, and EUR.

4.When using Airwallex to transfer, you will usually need to select the second option on the page (international bank transfer). We support three currencies for receiving payments: USD, EUR, and HKD, each corresponding to a different receiving account. If your bank account is in USD, please ensure that you enter the USD currency and the USD account details in the beneficiary account; otherwise, this may result in additional exchange rate losses and longer bank review times.

5.If you need to make a transfer via Alipay or WeChat Pay, please contact your account manager first to obtain the payment details.
